Is my payment secure?

All payment methods on our website are 100% secure! In particular, the SSL protocol is used to secure your bank card details.

My bank is asking me to confirm my payment in my banking app. What should I do?

When confirming your order, you will receive a code (3D Secure), which you must enter on the Tido Distribution payment page. Your bank will then send you a confirmation request in the app, which you must also approve:

- Either by entering another code in the app.

- Or with your fingerprint (smartphone app).

- Or by clicking OK or Confirm.

I have just made my bank transfer. Has it gone through?

Bank transfers made from France can take between 24 and 48 hours to reach us.
International transfers can take between 3 and 8 days to reach us.

I would like to pay in instalments. What are the conditions?

If you would like to pay for your order in instalments, Tido Distribution offers, with its partner PayPal, an interest-free payment solution in four instalments (subject to conditions).

I am expecting a refund. Which payment method will I receive it by?

Any refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for your bank details (RIB) so that we can process the refund.
