I am a professional. Am I entitled to discounts?

If you are a professional, you must first make sure that you have created a trade account with us via the "Private / Trade Customers" page.

Once your account has been created, you will receive a discount on every one of your orders.

I am the president or a member of a club. Am I entitled to discounts?

If you are a member of a car club, you will not receive discounts as such.

A discount may be possible if you place a group order in the club's name with a sufficiently large volume and range of products. You will then need to send us a request to see whether a discount can be considered.

We will give you an answer after reviewing your order.

How do I become a customer?

To become a customer, go to our website and click on "Sign in" at the top right of the site, then create your account by following the instructions given.

After that, each time you place an order, remember to sign in to your account right at the start, always via the "Sign in" tab (remember to save or write down your login details and password!).

I am a professional and my company is moving. How do I change my old address?

If your company changes address, simply go to the website and change your billing and delivery address when placing your order.

It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery details are correct when you place an order!
Once your order has been invoiced, no changes can be made to it!
