Viton FKM gasket sheet to cut, 20 x 20 cm

Viton sheets, known as FKM fluoroelastomers, are highly valued for the most demanding industrial applications because they are resistant to hydrocarbons, acids, alkalis and even oxidising agents. Their mechanical properties remain intact at temperatures of up to 250 °C.

• Temperature resistance up to 250 °C, and intermittently up to 300 °C
• Satisfactory resistance to low temperatures of -20 °C and -40 °C
• Good fire resistance and generally self-extinguishing once the flame source is removed
• Excellent resistance to oxygen, ozone and natural weathering
• Exceptional compression resistance, particularly at high temperatures
